Custom Engineering
C.S. Engineering has full design capability in-house and can provide custom engineering for our feeders, a wide variety of related equipment, and integrated systems.
Some common customizations include hopper size, loading height requirements and the capability to run several parts on one machine. For feeders sorting more than one part, we can often accommodate multiple parts of similar depth (but different diameters) with a single belt. Where parts of varying depths are required, it is possible to provide two feeders which share a base and hopper (see illustration), as well as multiple belts and quick change tooling.
C.S. Engineering can design and fabricate gravity and air tracks to suit your application, provide and integrate loading or bagging equipment with your feeder, and provide controls for counting applications.
